The following is an agreement between the company, Oakwood Cranleigh Limited, trading as Oakwood Business Consultants, and any consumer using the services provided by Oakwood as part of the Letter of Engagement submitted at the start of any transaction of service.

Third Parties Client data/information is shared with



  • PFP is a fee protection agency that, in the event of an investigation into your Tax affairs, will cover the cost of our fees should work need to be done to make adjustments. We share our clients’ data with PFP so that they can contact you, the client, with more information regarding how PFP can be beneficial to you or your business.

  • AMLCC is an anti money laundering compliance agency used by us to comply with EU and British money laundering law. Our clients’ data is shared with AMLCC for the purpose of compliance with anti money laundering regulation.

  • We are required to submit personal and company information to both HMRC and Companies House as part of the services we provide as a business.

Third Party data collection/sharing


As data processors we come into contact with multiple examples of Third Party companies/businesses/individuals and their data. This can be the result of a name/company name or address, contact details and in some instances bank details on an invoice, receipt or other paperwork being processed by us. This data is used solely for the purpose of aiding our work and completing the service contracted to us through our letter of engagement.

We do not under any circumstance store this data for any other purpose. We do not share this data under any circumstance with any other party for marketing benefits etc. Third party data, such as your clients’ names is used for the purpose of verifying accounts only and no further processing of that data is permitted by Oakwood Business Consultants. This means we will not contact your clients for the purpose of marketing, for example.
