Our payroll software, IRIS, is incredibly versatile and can provide extensive and complete information.
The system can record holidays etc. to assist you in your annual leave records and sick pay information. The variables to gross pay (included and excluded for tax and NIC) are extensive and we can help with payroll benefits and packages as part of our payroll service (see 9 Employment Law as well).
We run weekly and monthly payrolls, taking in information, processing it appropriately and timely and getting out to our clients what they require. Payslips can be sent directly to employees or the employer for distribution, details and summaries of the payroll (net and costs) are provided as well as the PAYE/NIC liabilities. We can advise your bank directly to ensure net pay is received in the employees’ bank accounts at the right time.
Employee pay is more complicated now as pension contributions from employer and employee become mandatory unless your employee opts out. Payroll is becoming very complicated – so let us handle it for you.
We make an annual charge/fee for setting up the IRIS payroll ‘account’ and we can set up the ‘account with the Inland Revenue as well.
