We recently issued a questionnaire to all our clients and we were bowled over by the great response- perhaps the chance to win a £25 M&S voucher was the right incentive to offer(!)
All of the responses said we answer the telephone in 'good time', our clients get to talk to the right person first time of calling in 95% of occasions. We are 'great' at getting back to our clients who email or who can't get to the right person first time and our customer service is excellent in 97% of the responses we received.
